Uhhh, the fact that he's in Georgia means nothing...if he's near a major metropolitan area, like Atlanta, then $900k is still going to be a steal. Just because it's not NY or LA doesn't mean real estate prices aren't grossly inflated. I live in Washington D.C., where housing prices have tripled in the last 5 years.
