Ordered something from them, then realized I should have ordered a different size, then read their BS return policy in hopes it wasn't too horrible, so I can get the correct size.
30% is total BS. So I'm supposed to flush 30 bucks down the toilet plus eat the shipping on top of that. I dont have a prob with the shipping but 30% NO WAY!!!
Now i remember why I never bought from them before.

Try calling them. Most times if you talk to someone they will let it slide on the % they charge you. But if it was a special order item that they don't usually carry than they will stick to their policy.

actually a while back about 2 years ago i ordered an injen exhaust from them, they called me back the next day to tell me that the exhaust wasnt in stock, and that it was backordered. So, i tell them to just cancel the order, and they told me that BS 30% restocking fee. Im like, what the hell are you restocking??? theres nothing to restock! So after a bit of arguing, i didnt have to pay jack to them.
Now on the other hand, i have ordered a pair of Bride Brix II seats from them and the slider rails, and those were delivered pretty quickly, whether they were drop shipped from another distributor or not. They even hooked me up a bit on the seats when i called in.
So i have dealt with both sides of them i guess, so just be careful

And I would def. call them and see if something can be worked out... And if not then sell it and it is what it is.
Lesson learned on making sure what you order is correct.

I've heard really good things about them from everyone who's ordered from them. You can't be mad because you ordered the wrong thing and they charged you to restock your mistake.

and to the guy that posted this... how dare you blame this company for your mistake... you sir are an idiot

I tried orderering some shocks & springs from them before. Two months after my order I still hadn't receive my items so it took me about a week to get a hold of them to cancel my order. Even when I cancelled they tried to sell me a different product. At least I was able to get 100% of my money back.
