Default I have a PROBLEM

I got a ticket the other day, I was doing 89 in a 55mph, what is going to happen you think...? here are some things about my driving record. I am 20 years old and this is my first ticket since 16 but I have two tickets right now for tinted windows, and loud muffler but that was for my old car that I got rid of two weeks ago (I am still awaiting court for those two). I guess my question is will this effect my record in the same category as speeding? I live in Illinois and reckless driving is 40+ so I know i'm ok there but are the two previous violation going to mess with my speeding one?

thanks

Jonathan

You should buy a big bottle of lotion and start moisturizing your Anus.

Either spit or use K-Y! Use the spit option since you will be broke after the court appearance!

Or talk with the 17 yr old here that got one for 85 in a 35! Maybe you two can be bunk mates!

Oh and sell you Z, cause you insurance will go up 500%!

Only one of your citations is a moving violation. Still the judge is going to look at your complete drivers record. If you want to keep your license I suggest a lawyer.

Get a lawyer ASAP. The law, at least in my state, says that if you go 25 over you lose your license automatically. Also, your insurance is gonna go through the roof.

the tinted window is not a problem coz u can just simply bring a piece of film and tell them that u took them off and call it a day...ive gotten millions of ticket in IL for tinted windows and my buddy whos a cop told me that,...tinted windows does not affect ur driving record...they cant even view how many tinted window and no front plate ticket ur received...so ur fine on that part
for ur speeding ticket, just plead guilty and ask for supervision so ur not going to pay a lot for the ticket but when u ask for supervision, that means that u cant get busted for any moving violation for next 3 months. When u get busted for another moving violation for the next 3 months then i really dont know whats going to happen coz ive never been to that situation but ive gotten some speeding ticket before and thats what i did and it works

the exhaust and tinted windows arent moving violations and thus wont have any effect on your insurance or anything. Why are you going to court for those?

the speeding ticket i think might be wise to hire a lawyer

quick question:

I received a ticket yesterday for doing 84 on 60. The pig charged me $184 ish. Should I just pay for it and have it on my record? My last ticket was 2 years ago and I had it "deferred". Anyone know if I can defer this one?

get a lawyer that specialize in dealing with speeding tickets or anything that is a moving violation. It shoud help you out a bit. In San Diego, Cali there is a guy call Mr. Ticket and he hooked me up with a ticket going 90mph on 65mph freeway. I just paid $100 and waited. He fought it and won.

My friend with an S2000 also used him on a 70mph over 40mph commerical street. Paid $100, he fought it and a month later he'll send you a letter or call you if he has won ur case.
