It's called "exhibition of speed" genius.

You can actually run your car hard, to see, or show, what it can do, and that is racing under the law.

Maybe when you grow up, you'll have a better understanding.

Down here in NC there are Pontiac Grand Ams and Chevy SUVs and stuff like that. But the one car you don't want on your tail is the new Dodge Charger SRT8 that a select ew HP and local Sherrif's Dept. just got. They can fly.

I've also seen an undercover cop in a minivan with the soccer mom stickers/magnets and everything on it.
