So? When the pilgrims came to America, you don't see them calling themselves English people or whatever anymore, or did they ever...?
I'm Taiwanese, but I speak the Chinese language, just like an American who speaks English. I'm just trying to make a comparasion because I see that this situation's pretty similar to that of the pilgrims.
