I just got a second confirmation letter from Nissan today and it is WRONG. Shortly after ordering the Base model in March, I switched to the Enthusiast model in April. In June I got my first confirmation letter stating that I had ordered a Base. I called NNA about that and they told me not to worry, that I would get another confirmation letter, showing my switch to the Enthusiast. I called NNA last week, they said that they had me down for an Enthusiast, but I just got the second confirmation letter today and it still has me listed for the Base model. I sure hope my order isn't screwed up. BTW, this letter does not have a three month delivery window, in fact it says nothing at all about delivery. All well, I have too much hair and its not grey enough, this should definitely help that along.

 

That's what you get for not being able to make up your mind! Seriously though, I hope you get it straightened out. Maybe ZISME can help to confirm that the right one is on order?

 

Robbyn your cool...meritz did that to me i still dont have a black confirmation letter with my nav on it ...they sent me 3....all teh exact same...

I been told by severall NNA people that yes i got my nav and Meritz AKA Nissan information.....They dont have their stuff together.

I was freaked out to about them sending me not 2 BUT 3 all the same...LOL i got one at work one at my computer and one at my parents place...LOL
