They love to target the younger crowd. I bet that they would give a ticket to a 35 yr old going 10mph over. I guess its part of growing up.
How are cops DICKS? Going 10 + over deserves a ticket NOOB!

Always saying they target the younger crowd. Well how about don't speed. I am so sick of whiners that blame cops for their own MISTAKES!

Have fun with no license, looks like you don't need to drive, let alone drive a sportscar!

Well I'm glad you got a ticket. Cuz He probibly wasn't that drunk, but you had to go ahead and slam your brakes! An he rammed you! Yeah by state law its his fault, but I bet that cop could tell what you were doing and because of your stupid action you caused him to hit you. You should have just taken your damn ticket like a man. maybe you should just not have a Z if your going to cry like that. And if he was that! drunk! then you should not have let him drive, but i'm sure he wasn't drunk, but instead just had a few drinks, if it were me i'd say you owe me one, big time.

You can go 10mph over in any car idiot. If a cop saw an old women driving a buick going 75. and a kid in a red 350z going 75mph. who would he pull over? Obviously the younger kid. It wasnt my mistake that someone hit me from behind. his insurance company already saw the police report and is giving me my rental tuesday. thanks!

By "life" do you mean letting a drunk kid tailgate me? cause that isn't much of a life.

If someone I knew was following me like that, I would either slow down and get them off my ***, or call them and tell them to get off my ***. You were playing with him in traffic, regardless if you knew he had been drinking or not, you are just as much at fault. It isn't just his fault because he was drinking, you were allowing him to follow you that close, and I am pretty sure you were encouraging it. Take it like a man.

Like I said, you don't need to be driving a sports car, Young ONE!

Have fun with no Z and no driving for that matter! Toodles!

3 for a right turn on red
4 for an 83 in a 75 (hick town)
5 for a speeding ticket here. 84 in a 65.
2 for a 44 in a 35

Never anything reckless. that adds up to 14 quick

The fault here lies on both of you.

Speeding: Both
Sudden Maneuvering (braking): You
Tailgating: Him
Poor car control: Both
DUI: Him (who GAF how drunk he was, he's underage, he has ONE YEAR of driving experience to his name, and it was night time)

It sucks that you got hit, and I would be PISSED too, but situational awareness could have saved you both. Had you been keenly aware of his position in relation to yours, you'd have thought twice about hitting the brakes hard enough to cause the resulting impact that was hard enough for both of you to lose control of your cars at those speeds.

Now that it's all said and done, if they total your car, what's next?
