I'll probably settle into about 1000 a month on average, perhaps a bit less.
In my case, after I bought the car, a week later winter really set in in the Midwest, which means lots of salt on the roads. Since this is a second car for me, I don't need to drive it in salt & snow.

The bounciness of the springs hasn't subsided yet, so I also try to limit when I'm driving to when I feel ok.

Talking How long ? How many ?

Finally got my car on 10-21-2002 I currently have about 4600. Had to cars but this one was just so much fun to drive that I got rid of the Cad. That did a number on my insurance rate. No more two car discount. I find that it is really an attitude car. Most of the time other peoples, not mine. Have only seen 3 others in town so it really gets a lot of attention. My biggest complaint would be the bumpy ride. Much more than I think it should have.

Default Miles

Bought her Oct. 29 and just rolled over 17,600 miles yesterday. We are on the road a lot (obviously!) The 7th of April I leave for a 6+ week road trip to cover approx. 7,500 more miles across the south and up the east coast to Canada and then back thru the midwest and a week driving the Rockies and finally back home to Arizona. Regards, Jim

Question

Hey JimH,

so far you are the king of mileage! how is the car holding up with that much abuse !

Have you noticed anything "different" about the car as the miles piled up?
Any tire scalloping issues? anything else?

Thanks all for the responses!

Default About 9"! Oh... wait...nevermind!

I picked it up 11/15 and I have about 4600 miles. It is a daily driver, but this summer it might sit for a little while.

My car is a WEEKDAY driver. Mon. through Friday, drive the car to school and back, and to the comic store or post office. On Friday or Saturday, I clean the car, and put it in the garage until Monday. Every now and then, I'll go for a weekend drive. Had it since Mid Nov. 02, and I only have about 3,050 miles or so on it. Would have been much Less, but the car was bought in Mississippi, and driven to Louisiana, and I've driven it on 100 mile road trips twice.

Default MANY miles....

Really? Hmmmm, don't know if this is an honor or not
The car suffered the infamous feathering at 4k. I have since had it aligned (twice) and now have new tires and wheels and springs (Eibach). I have about 2k on the new alignment/tires/wheels and springs and no feathering showing up yet. No other problems and this includes regular (weekly) trips to the drag strip too. The 350 impresses me with its strength and build quality in view of all I put it through.
WooHoo, just 10 more days before the mother of all road trips! Regards, Jim

The Z is definitely my weekend car but I plan on driving it much more now that spring is here and summer is on its way. I couldn't bring myself to drive it that much during the horrible winter that we had here in MD.

Bought the Z on Feb. 23rd so it has been 5 weeks and I have 700 miles but 250 of that was the trip home from the dealer. So I should have 450 miles on the car.

Z = 5 wks and 450 miles

Ranger = 6 wks and 4200 miles.

I drive a lot just not the Z.

Z was in the garage on 9-11-02....Nice day right...
Currently have 9150 miles.

Took two long road trips...2000 miles to my hometown in Mississippi and also another 2000 to Chicago. Next trip will be to the ATL. Whatever happened to FreakNik.... Enjoying every mile. My problem is its not my daily driver but on the weekend I find myself driving for 4 hours each say. That's more mileage than my commute....Oh well...
