love the color it is just so unique to see that color on any vehicle. This will be my fifth Z and i must say this one will be my most favorite. I also loved and was wishing they would have brought back was my 1990 300zx aztec gold (light gold) but this i believe will be a absolute head turner. LeMans sunset base 2/03/02

This is a VERY good idea.

I ordered the Lemans Sunset and was worried for a while, also. But the more pictures I see, the more I like the color. I was hoping it wouldn't come out bronze in person. From the pics the color rocks.

It would be nice if they held the colors to a limited run. Having one of less than a thousand of any color would be pretty sweet!

Nice color but I gave silverstone the nod. The Track model makes any color look good.

3rd Power,

We should hook up when we get our Zs, mine is a Chrome Silver Touring. I'm in Factoria....working at Expedia. Yes, former division of MS.

Sound like a plan I'm still working on which rims I'm going to go with. I want something light weight but not super ricey.

I agree with everthing nwind21 said. Its truly a diferent car in person. I am not sure why but the car does not photograph well.

It was the combination of that color and the aggressive look of the Z which sold me.

Lemme tell ya... pictures don't do that color (or car) justice.

Here's the deal with SILVER. I read a disturbing article in the auto section of the newspaper. The paper was talking about the new Chrysler Crossfire and the colors that they will be unveiling all resembling a form of silver. 1 out of 4 cars that they sell are silver. When I read this I made up my mind that I will not be getting Silver. I really want YELLOW. SO Nissan if your reading this throw YELLOW on the car.

Thumbs up

Initially I was very sure about the color choice, but the closer it gets to August, I am thinking more and more about my choice and at the end of the day I convince myself that I have made the right choice. It's reassuring to hear that the color does not photograph well...it seems that every picture I see, the color changes slightly. More power to all Sunset Z lovers out there!

All of the colors are magnificent, I am sure. Just seems Sunset is magnificienter (?). I would not be dissatisfied with any color. It is the car that is the determining factor. I would bet not one person would refuse to get into any color car unless they are quite shallow or afraid of the awsome statement LeMans Sunset makes!

I wrestled between sunset and daytona for weeks. Then when the daytona pics started coming in from Scaf and others, I was drooling. Mucho second thoughts. Now that we've seen some real pics of the sunset, I'm soooo glad I went with my crazy gut. I think the orange seats on the interior is going to set it off, too.

Great scans! Thanks so much.

I originally ordered white/frost and changed to LeMans/Burnt and I'm pleased with my change too!

It's certainly an unusual color!!!
