I have a pretty good guess for the third pic. Hit a good size bump pretty hit. The wheel travels up and shred the fender liner.
And for the kink, the tire catch your fender lip while rolling. Tell your friend to go a little slower around bumps, dips, and driveways.

You have to sit your friends down, and have a talk. Begin with the basics:

This is a curb.

Looks like they whacked a curb or something similar. This happens when people are more used to driving sedans or econoboxes and are not used to a low car.

They certainly are not telling you the truth. You do not do that much damage to a car without knowing it. Friends that lie should no longer be friends.

I only let close friends drive mine occasionally.... as long as im in it. My motto is if they will trust me with their cars of similar value i trust them enough to let them drive mine

i only let my father drive my car.
and one of my good friends. i've driven his Supra,CLK55 AMG and his Rx-7

Friends just dont take care of it like you do.
I learned this when i used to own my Mustang.

i promised myself that i will not let anyone drive my car.
except my dad and maybe my younger brother.

Your third pic could be a result from a high speed run if from the earlier pics they broke off a clip for the inner fender.

The last person I let test drive my car was relentless and wouldn't stop nagging. He said he could drive a stick since he's gotta Civic with a manual tranny. It turns out he could barely drive my car and nearly toasted the clutch. He kept jerking the car and whatnot telling me my car drives weird. When he got to the driveway he couldn't even get it up to park. I took over and told him it's because he doesn't know how to drive a stick.

I rest my case.

I could tell you that you had it coming, but I'm sure you know that already.

+1

cars should be treated like girlfriends; the only time it's ok for your friends to ride is when you're too drunk to ride yourself

carry on.
