yeah im very happy to be honest. im at the lower end of your question with installation and everything ive spent like 11K or so on mine.(but ive sold alot of parts so its not really quite that much out of pocket) sad thing is im selling my Z this fall so im really not gonna get all my money's worth. but my goal was to have a authentic nismo JDM Z so i guess in that aspect the feeling of accomplishment was worth the $. i still smile every time i drive it and walk out to it sitting in the parking lot. its gonna make someone a great cready to go car since im selling as is later this year
if i had to do it over yeah i would have again. but not much more money. my logic was spend as much as you want that wont hinder you from getting something new in a few years.
maybe some of the guys on here that have put craxy $ into the Z will answer

I've spent around $5500 on the car in 2 months. It changed the way I look at my car now. If anything else, I think the wheels made the biggest difference. I'm still not 100% satisfied and gauging where I am at and where I want to be, $10K+ is not unreasonable.

I'm about halfway there and don't regret it so far... of course I'll be a lot happier when I can finally install some of my recent purchases...
I can see myself getting up to $10K within a year or two.

I'm at or around the 10K mark and I am loving every second of the car. I am even going to spend more in the near future. This along with bikes are my passion and I am sure alot of people on here can say the same thing. Just spend the money on the right things and you will never have a regret.
Good luck hope your car becomes what your hopeing it to be!

My problem is I get bored easily and change regularly, I've had 3 hoods so far and want to change now. But this is with every part on the car, next month I change something else. Right now I want a $3000.00 exhaust I should not buy, but guess what, I'll probably get it soon. I've probably spent $15,000 so far .
