All of us have made dumb mistakes. Sooner or later you will come to your senses. Till then go to the BMW forum and post look-at-me photos.

I just noticed one of the magazines said the 335i weighed in at 3800lbs+ IIRC. Thats a little heavy in my book. I guess its all that Luxury that you get when you pay 45K.

Unladen weight (includes full tank of gas) of the 335 coupe is 3571lbs. IIRC 350Z is ~3400lbs, G35C is 3500lbs.

You may have been reading about the 335i hardtop convertible, which is ~400lbs heavier than the coupe.

Your right. They list it at 3635lbs for the 4 door in that test, the test weight with the driver was 3815. BMW list the coupe as being 22lbs lighter then the Sedan. So the couple would be right around 3600lbs probably.

^^^ I really wish they would have left the "C" in the name of the vehicle to differentiate between the sedan and coupes. (I am assuming you put it there on purpose in your sig even though there is no such thing as a 335Ci?) The new naming scheme is really stupid IMO. They should have made the coupes into a 4-series if they are just going to give them the same names as the sedans.

The i stands for fuel injected right? So why the heck do BMWs even have an i within the names of the cars if ALL of the cars have that same characteristic?

IE 335i, 650i, 760Li, etc, etc.

Most of 335i coupe owners still use "C" on e90post forum, although BMW don't use "C" for 2007 E92, maybe people get used to put a "C" for a coupe. Anyway, BMW has already announced to use "C" back to differentiate between the sedan and coupes in 2008 cars.

Anybody see how rediculous the hp/tq figures are on the 335? Just try not to race them when you see them on the road unless you have FI on your Z.
