Default My 06 Magnetic Black is a magnet for bird sh*t!!!

and i'm not parking under or even near trees. Since i've had my Z (about 3 weeks now) I have more bird**** on my car than a busy NYC park bench. Just this morning on my way into work, i was hit in 3 separate spots, probably by the same bird, with 3 huge wet bombs. Just washed it two days ago too. This is probably the third time in 3 weeks i've been targeted. Just bad luck? Or do birds have it out for Z's?

Its well documented that birds prefer pooping on black cars. I read it in Readers Digest.

So far no bird poop but I guess I've been lucky... it's just a matter of time. I'm more worried about getting bird poop on the leather seats and having it bake in from the sun. Which is why I usually put the top up when I'm not in it.

According to this "study", white cars are the most likely targets

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1765761/posts

Birds prefer their droppings to be on white cars, according to a scientific study.

Student teacher Charles West, 37, carried out the survey for his department of education at Bristol University.

He enlisted the help of 40 researchers and counted bird droppings on 2,000 motors reports The Sun.

The team concluded that birds were less likely to dirty navy blue and black.

Bird expert Dr Derek Toomer said they might "bomb" white cars because they associate the colour with predators.

He added: "Birds do respond to colours.

Maybe you could buy a bottle of this:

when you come back to your car, if you see poo, spray some on and wipe it off. I do it whenever it happens to me...

I get angry when birds shlt on my car. So, in retaliation, I leave a steaming pile of poo in the birds nest.

You must have an A/T. Birds have a thing for anything non-MT, and Z is no different.
