If they have dealer plates on, then i wave at stock... in hopes of showing them to be friendly to passing Z's. But if they have a license plate on the front, ignore them.
Yes, I flash my light's, wave, honk my horn, and or give them a thumbs up. I try to do that with every sports car that I see. I get the same back some times but not all the time.
I always try to wave or give a thumbs up at least - especially to nicely kept classic Z's, but I have noticed that most 350 owners don't seem to respond in the SD area.
I did wave a quick "hi" to a fellow roadster owner at a stoplight a couple weeks back and he was like "don't you f---ing wave at me you b-tch, I don't even know you!!!" and I was like "OK..." Then he said, "I'm kidding! Please... I have to wave at you we have the same car!" I was like, "have a good night".
Things are different out here on the West Coast I guess...
