I got the Touring cuz of the leather seats, VDC and bose. It's well worth it. I dont plan to upgrade my stereo thats also why I got the touring and I'm quite happy with the bose. I've always wanted leather.

I bought an enthousiast, BUT regret it now. To get the ipod kit, I need the bose headunit, and I really want FACTORY leather. I had no use for the 19" rays wheels, because I wanted 20"s, and I wasnt too worried about vdc.

Get what you really want based on how you intend to use it. If you want to cruise and socialize then the Touring is probably what you should get.

I like to autocross so the Enthusiast fit nicely. I picked it up Monday. The San Marino Blue is very nice but the engine was what I wanted. The low rev grunt is not as great but hit the mid range rpms and it acts like the engine has boost. Better than the Sti I drove at a test & tune. The extra 1000 rpm over my 03 is very nice also because it added 10 mph to 2nd gear.

I can't wait to see how it acts on a course. I need to test whether to add Koni Sports or stick with the stock shocks.

Hmmm, I don't blv u r saying this, considering the fact that you are in NJ.

Anyways:
Personally, I'd like to go for Touring, ONLY coz of the fact that it has VDC. Don't really care much about power/heated seats or the Bose. I mean, off late I've been reading soo many ppl complaining about hydroplaning, skidding during snow etc etc, it just makes me feel more confident/less nervous with VDC being present on my car.

Wish they didn't discontinue the 'Performance' trim. That's wat I am currently looking for (05 Performance). If I got my facts rights, the 05 Performance trims have Cruise+TCS+VDC. Not very sure about leather - but again, don't really care. Sorry, but I am more of a 'practicality over style' person.

How much better is VDC versus TCS anyway, don't they both help with slippage and control? Enthusiasts have traction control as far as I know.

Touring, you live in Boston with ice cold winters. The heated leather seats will feel soooo good!

My GF has them in her new CX7 and I ended up turning them off a couple minutes after entering. Now I just turn it off right away. My butt is already heated. 98.6

There are several places to get decent leather seat covers, though I've not seen any that, when installed, make the seats look as good as the factory leather seats.
think mine looks just as good as stocks =D

How does heating up your bunghole heat your whole body up. Turn the heater on. Worked for me the last 35 years. Heated seat just make your butthole warm. Is there something we should know.

just joshin bro, hah!

+ 1 definitely!!!

After market leather costs about the same and you don't get the power nor the heat, nor the resale.
& + 1 again.
