I am with MUZZY on this one. Daddy buys you a 350Z, but you are having second thoughts about the color. There are members here who dream about the 350Z, but cannot afford one. Your dilemma is trivial.

 

Black catches less attention with cops compared to blue. I know from experience =P

I know someone who has the SMB type color on his G35c and he doesn't like it anymore, he's thinking of changing it. Black will always be dirty but will always look good!

 

Keep the blue.....no, get the black.....nooo, on second thought....the blue......ahhhhh, oh hell.....I dunno. Sorry.

 

The blue is much faster than the black. Its proven on the dyno.

 

I think the blue looks good. But you should get the color you really want so get black!

 

Sports cars should stand out a bit from the crowd. The black looks nice, but in the end the blue will draw more eyes. Given you are no doubt younger, the blue will be more impressive to the ladies because no one else has one that color.

On the other side, swapping it out might be disrespectful to your dad. I say keep it and thank him every day. Hell, you should wash and wax his car regularly.

yea my dad bought me ish i worked for mine!

 

If my dad bought me a car, I would keep it regardless of the color and if I were buying new and I could not have the PPW again, I would get the blue, but that's just me.

yeah i know that it is a bit disrespectful, and trivial and i should be happy with what ever color it may be. But he got the down and i have to pay for it. But w/e im still very happy and grateful to my wonderful father, hes a great guy not only b/c he has gotten my a 350z but b/c hes always been there for me and is genuinely selfless. He himself prefers the black over the blue b/c it looks more "expensive" and i would have to agree, black has always looked more powerful and wealthy in my eyes. Most expensive cars to me look best in black (Mercedes, BMW's, Bently's, Lexus's) However im still torn between the two and i am about to leave to the dealership either to tell them black or blue. A BLACK 350z is my dream car.... but many have spoken and have the majority say they like the blue better. but hey in the end its my decision. THANK YOU to every single poster for your input it is most appreciated and will be sure to keep in mind each post i have read here today thanks.
