make an account here, in the "Problems/issues" area. They will be happy to help you. And will be sympathetic to your plight.

Selling price = Value of car - cost to repair it

Of course, you're going to have a hard time finding somebody willing to buy it in that condition. You'll take a beating. Maybe the equation needs to look like:

Selling price = Value of car - cost to repair it - diminished value resulting from accident.

If you don't know how to deal with it or don't want to deal with it, you can always trade it in. A lot of dealerships are more than happy to take on the trouble of disposing of a wrecked car for the prospect of selling you a new one.

Sorry to hear about your bad luck man, .
I know exactly how you feel (well kinda) i have hit 8 deer with my explorer in the past 6 years. I am scaired to death of hitting one when my 07Z arrives. Just be glad your ok, those things have been known to kill people around where i live. A lady hit one a couple of years back, she was in a civic and it was a foggy morning, the windshield caved in on her. Best of luck to ya man

Cheers

Kevin

With that many kills, you qualify as an ace. Keep up the good work of ridding our highways of dumb animals.

Peace of mind by *actually* having insurance = priceless. Cause if you have an accident without it, kiss your douche bag @ss goodbye.

Did your insurance company actually send you a written notice that you no longer had coverage? If they didn't you may still have a leg to stand on. Insurance companies are required to give you written notice if your coverage ends.

And they normally give you a grace period to restore coverage. Me-thinks there's a lot more to this story than what's been posted.
