Ya i admit i over reacted but was geting way to annoying and I am armo so dont be starting anything with me on that. Plus there are way more Hispanic workers at nissan dealership in Glendale then Armo's. And thanks for an answer alann 
and by the way i did ask around and that sales man did get fired after he sold me my Z. I found this out when i went to get a spare key for my Z about a week after i had bought my Z and they told me he had got fired.

thing is i don't look armenian so i walk into a business run by armenians i get treated like an 'odar'......you know what i mean.
it's especially interesting when i hear people talking **** in armenian i respond to them and they become very apologetic and flustered.

Keosh, irrespective of where you purchased your current Z from, money talks, if they don't understand $$, take your money elsewhere. Business is business.

welcome to the game the dealership plays. they are your bestfriend when you are buying a car, the *******s wont leave you alone. then they sell the car, and you never hear from them again.
I had an issue with a dealer in my area, posted a rant online similar to yours, and got my service advisor on here pm'ing me saying never to come back yadda yadda. so if you wanna talk about bad service, there you go.
it should be the object of the dealership to keep the returning customers happy, and to show the new customers why they should be driving a nissan. its plain and simple. when you bring your car in, you expect someone to help you. you dont expect to be price gouged, or ignored, or any of the likes.
by the way. the period button is that one just to the right of the comma. it looks like a little dot with a > above it

Dude, I agree with you. Thats just rude. Take care of 1 customer at a time. Its called Customer Service. No doubt Cursing isnt the best response. I once had a Dodge Neon when I was 20. The car turned out to be a Lemon. I kept going at it with the Dealer until finally I parked the car in the middle of the garage door locked it up and took off. They couldnt get cars in our out. Guess what they called me and now were waiting on me. YEAH! I ended up taking a 2 Ton Jack Pole to the car and calling Insurance had it junked. Lesson learned never buy a Dodge again.
