Sage dealership in glendale is literaly the worst dealership in the world this is my 2nd time this week going to it to get one measly lil question answered and every one just ignores me im geting sick of it and by the way my question to them was is it possible to trade in my 04 Z automatic and trade it in for a manual and they told me to go upstairs talk to the people upstairs which was one guy sitting at a desk when i approached him and half way threw my question he gets a phone call picks it up and tell me one sec, he then gets up and tells me his appointment is here and leaves without no help at all. At this point im ready to rip someones head off so i go back down stairs i preety much cuss out the dealership saying stuff like i gave u guys 25 grand and bought a car here but cant get one question answered and said any possible word thats bad towards sage nissan and walked out the door with my freind who was with me laghing is a** off im sick of it im ready to call up nissan headquarters and make a complain and see if they can answer my question

PS: i am 18 years old thats maybe why they didnt pay attention to me but i gave them my money not my moms and dads money i payed them 5 grand in cash for down payment and i am paying them monthly they should respect me alot more and when i cussed out the dealership i was yelling and people did hear me and after walking out i saw about 2 or 3 custumers walk out the door 30 sec after i left hahah made me a lil happy but was still pissed off

 

people don't respond well to cussing but I feel for ya man

 

Well, now I bet they really want to treat you better. Punctuation is your friend. If you speak in person the way you write, they probably just had trouble understanding you.

I am sorry to make my first post be a semi-flame, but I really think this tip will help you.

 

Did you try to find your original salesperson? Sometimes when I have to pick something up from the Dealership and I'm in ultra casual wear I don't get much attention or help. So find one of the people that sold you the car. If being nice doesn't work..hell some people only respond to the a$$hole approach..but that isn't the same thing as loud cussing rants That won't get you anywhere in my experience.

Ya sorry for the bad grammer but was in a rush when i was writting it and i was very calm in the begging and a couple days befor this i was in there and i still didnt get any answer's from them so after a guy just cuts me off in the middle of a question and just leave's well what would u do just leave without saying anything im sorry but thats not going to fix them from being rude to there customers and seriously stop flaming. For some people in this forum flaming is the only thing that they do it's seriously geting annoying we all dont sit and type for a hour just to get something for you guys to read i was in a rush so shuve it

+1 on keeping cool! Getting aggravated and insulting people will only get you laughed at. Some times you have to be **$h0le with them but a "cool" **$h0le at that. Go to West Covina Nissan they are great, you can really tell the difference when you go there.

glendale area dealerships suck. they're all goddamn armo's... i went to lexus to testdrive the is350...literally waited around for an hour w/o anyone's help. i ended up sitting at someone's desk and ****ing around on their computer for about half an hour....NO ONE SAID ANYTHING TO ME. hell i think i could have jacked one of the cars and no one would have noticed.

I have the perfect method of dealing with dealerships (or any other type of business) if I feel they are not giving me proper service.

I walk out and go to another dealership (or business).

I will answer your question! YES you can trade your auto on ANY car you like! It is just a matter of how much money you are willing to loose. Yes, you WILL loose. I considered trading in my Z (before the wreck) and found out that dealers in my area were only willing to give what the car would bring at auction. The 04's are bringing around 14K. The used ones in this area are just sitting on the lots. Not saying that this is the case where you are but, you can bet your life that you will NEVER come out ahead unless you have had your car a while or had enough $$ to put down in order to have equity. I don't see why you got your panties in a whad when the answer is so darn obvious. Oh, and I turned blue and almost passed out while reading the first sentence.
