Default Last Question Before I buy somebody give me some good advice?

Is the touring worth it over the enthusiast, I mean its the VDC and Leather Seats with Heaters, and the car weighs 40 pounds more. Should I wait and find a touring model over the enthusiast.

Does the VDC help from spinning out in rain?

Do you REALLY think that 40 pounds will matter on a car that weighs 3,400? It should come down to personal preference. If you're worried about weight, maybe you should look around. Or maybe look at your torso, if you have any extra there...

Haha just do a couple minutes on the treadmill and you will negate the ill effects of the touring model.

Weren't the '97 TT's only available as autos because of emissions? Or was that '96? Absolutely beautiful machines, even stock. edit: duh! never mind...missed your last post...

Thumbs up

Well that's great. Looks like expenses for the Z won't be a problem!

With all the threads you have posted and with your interest in the 350Z, I can tell you have been very careful in your decisions and I do hope you end up picking the car you want, along with getting a good deal.

Definitely post some pics up if you end up pulling the trigger!

I would go with the enthu. I had to make the same decesion and you know what, for the difference in price i saved like 3 grand or so and then just had custom 2 tone leather put in. As the sales person told me I can spend the extra 3 grand or so for the stock leather that is not unique at all and the bose stereo, or save the money, get some custom seats and put a sweet stereo system in it inseads. I choose the custom look and am very happy with the results

Yes, it is personal preference. If you like the navi, powerseats and leathers then go for touring. I was out for the enthusiast but ended up getting the track model because of the brembo (never had one beforfe) and the wheels. However, I did replace my stock wheels with 19" BBS wheels recently and I love them.

Default I like my touring

Heated leather seats are nice and sold me but no navi installed . The leather makes the interior look much better and buying your own leather seat covers costs around 400-500. Fitment and styling is also an issue with seat covers. I wanted a touchscreen that i could watch dvds on so i didn't want navi as an option. I don't care much for the Bose's sound but having a 6 disc changer is nice. I heard you can buy a better limited slip differential. It's also cheaper than the difference of the enthusiast and touring. Also I could only find DB tourings in auto. Oh well next z will be manual because auto's manual mode shifts too slow. Why couldn't they invest in Audi's DSG?
