For me it's just the awesome look of the 350Z. Actually went to look to buy at a 2006 Maxima, when I saw my future car sitting next to it. Took the Z for a test drive, bought it and never looked back. Best car I have ever owned.

For me it had the best combination of Looks, Performance and Price. Nothing comes close to satisfying all three IMHO.

Well back in 03 I sold my hybrid EG Civic and was looking for a new car. So first quarter of 04 I tried to go the sensible route and bought a 05 2.5S Altima. By that time I was already looking at the Z but decide to be responsible and passed on it. When I took delivery of the Altima I was bored out of my mind. Can you imagine buying a brand new car and not even getting excited? When I was in college I loved but couldn't afford the Japanese supercars of the 90s such as the Supra, 300ZXTT, 3000GT, NSX...etc. So about 1/2 a year later after I bought the Altima I decided to look for a G35 coupe. After careful searching I found one for sale by a seller out of state. Unfortunately at the last minute the seller pulled out of the deal. Disappointed, I started to look for a Z instead just to see if I could get more for the $$ I was planning on spending. After test driving a Z I knew it was the car for me. After owning one now I am so glad I bought the Z because the Z's lineage has been around for so many years and it has a following that not too many cars can rival. Not even the G35.

It was the looks and power. There is nothing that comes close for the price. Every time I drive the Z is a real kick for me. The compliments keep coming. At the end of the month is my 70th birthday, the excuse I used for getting the Z. We are having a small party and I will bath in the glow of all those compliments. I will offer rides at $5 a pop. And to think I was even considering a Miata at one point. Thank god the feeling passed.

Had an oppurtunity to drive a Z while i was learning how to drive manual. I was on vacation with my girlfriend at the time with her mom and her moms boyfriend at his house in NM. Really nice guy. He taught me how to drive the jeep for a few days, and then once i got the hang of it, we moved into the Z roadster. I absolutely fell in love with the car the first time i drove it. i swore one way or another i would get one.

I worked everyday for a year to be able to afford it, and took delivery of my 2004 Redline exactly 1 year after the day i swore i would have a Z. Best purchase i've ever made.

I've owned Nissans for the better part of the last 25 years (Datsun 310, another 310, then a Stanza, finally a Maxima) and liked them a lot.

Decided I wanted a convertible as a fun second car. I thought a roadster would be too small, judging from a long-ago test drive of a Miata. I test-drove larger convertibles, including the then brand-new Volvo C70, the Sebring, the Toyota Solara. Looked at the SAAB 9-3. Nothing really excited me.

I took the Maxima in for an oil-change and they had this gorgeous red 350Z roadster out in front. I asked for a test-drive, and it was love at first sight. I bought it a few days later, and have loved every minute of it. Great car and perfect combination of power, looks, stability on the highway, and enough storage space for what it is. Most important is high degree of fun factor. It suits my needs perfectly.
