My Z is 2003 and its super black, not sure what the difference is.

i know for sure 06 was mb because i owned on....03-05 was super black,06-07 mb..the difference is that mb has a little of blue and green pearl,you can only see in the sunlight,other than that you really cant tell.

I would think both blacks are equally as hard to keep clean.

Situation in Europe,

Super black we don't have in Europe but from 03 to 05 = Satin Black (KH3) which is solid black (Non Metallic), from 06 onward changed into Z Black which is Metallic black.
