sorry for the wreck man, these things are never the drivers fault, your supposed to be able to just keep driving the same way in the rain and snow as you do in the perfect dry. Stupid cars we should probably start a lawsuit against nissan till they fix this problem.

first off good your ok-looks like it couldve been worse ( and yes i know cracked ribs is a bithc but at least it didnt puncture any vitals )
second do you think tcs helped or made it worse ( i know its like a dead horse but im still torn opinions about the thing )
third congratulations now you can get a new car
fourth-can you sell some salvageable stuff or does it blong to the insurance now--the wheels look salvageable..

i know someone accidentally engaged/disegeaed tcs while driving...which caused the lost of control
