I'm all for naming names of dealerships so others can avoid a problem. I think it only fair that you make a statement of what that problem was. Example: If it was over a lease and I'm buying, you may be sending me away from the best deal in town.

Vacaville Nissan- bad customer service, staff didn't know jack about the car lowball on trade ins(will not work with you), really bad auto service rep. That place is all jacked up.
Fairfield Nissan (especially)- will not work with you on the price AT ALL. really bad customer service, act like you're not even there. They tell you to go somewhere else if you want to negotiate.

I work at a dealership so im not stupid I know how they make there money and I called them out on it and they said that my dealership does buisness diff. bc their there 4 the customers BS!!! When I had stock exhaust on my car I told a service guy that i had a leak and he said ok its covered under warranty. Day later try to charge me 375$ for changing a gasket bc he said sumbody has tampered with the exhaust so it is not covered under warranty. I mean thats fine but should have called me to tell me that it was gonna cost me.
Crown Nissan in Greenville SC is just as bad IMO Must be owned by the same People

Sales will tell you anything to sell you a car, they will also rush out and try to get you to trade in your "old" car and get you into a new one when all you are trying to do is find out if your parts have come in. And this will happen over and over again because you have to keep coming back to check to see if your parts are in.
Service department is terrible, service writers ignore you and don't even try to collect the details of your issues (so it will take more than one visit). Then can't be found when your car is ready and sitting in the lot.
Parts department will order parts and never call you when they come in, if you call they will tell you they are not in, if you go there and have them look for them, they might be in, or sold to someone else and they will need to order you your parts again.

Riverside,CA Nissan
I emailed them, they emailed me a special internet price $28,7xx. Went to go look at the car and test drove it.
We sit down to start paperwork and the guy starts off with writing $33,500 (not counting TT+L).
I'm like "$33k! Where did that number come from?"
Well we put chromed (stock) rims on it and it adds $3k. (Sounds like I was baited to come up and look at it)
(Well if they're stock, you could chrome them, I doubt it costs $3k to chrome them)
I say, "Let's take the rims off and put unchromed ones on there."
His 'writer' comes in and he says "Okay, we'll give you the car w/ the chrome rims for $30,500 or $29,500 without." (note internet price of $28,7xx above)
I say you're crazy, "$28k OTD". I get the same prices again but he says he'll work with me to get my monthly payments down to my $400 range (w/ down payment, trade-in).
I walked.

Fenton Nissan East (in OKC/ Midwest City). Most unprofessional GM ever encountered. He slamed my car door and scream at us to get off the lot just because we were working him on the price.

Marlborough (Massachusetts) Nissan - Refused to acknowledge any offers below MSRP and demanded that I give them a $500 deposit before they would even look for a Z that was to my specifications. No was in hell was I paying them $500 just to click a search button on a database...walked out at that point never to return. They also tried to pull stupid BS on my parents when they were shopping for a Maxima a few years back. They agreed on a final price, then completely reneged when my father went to seal the deal the next day.
