Thinking of getting a Z
Hey all, I'm Gary and I'm 18. Right now I drive an '02 Cadillac Seville SLS and I'm really considering trading it in for a Z. I love my car, It's decently quick and pretty good looking, but I really want something a little more performance oriented. I want to start doing AutoX and drag racing, and a 4000lb FWD sedan isn't really the best choice for either. Plus I love driving manual, automatic gets boring quick for me.
I found 2 nice Zs on autotrader, but I'm skeptical on this one.

It's listen as an Enthusiast, but it has the Track wheels and Brembo brakes. Also the seats don't look normal to me, seems like they're cloth seats with a cover on them. But I duno, could just be me. Also someone took the Z badge off the rear
I found a legit Track for a little more, though this one seems almost too good to be true. Only 18,800 miles.

I'll most likely look at one of them on Tuesday. Does either one seem like a good deal, or should I just wait a little longer until I find something a little better (6MT Touring)? Also, what should I look out for as far as problems with these cars go? Thanks

Do not buy an 03, get an 05 or an 07. You can also get an 04 made in the second half of that year. Those prices were crap too, unless it's due to the area you are in.
