which dealer did you go to, The one's I've been to are telling me that I have to pay for the clutch if they replace my tranny. There's nothing wrong with my clutch, grabs fine with no problems.
Thanks for the help

I had the same thing happen to mine. I brought the car to Lynnes Nissan West in Stanhope. They replaced my tranny and clutch at no charge. I didn't even buy the car from them. I bought in Denville and they jerked me around for months with both the tranny and the tire feathering issue. The service manager's name at Lynnes West is Alex. He's a great guy. It's a drive, but the service is worth it!

I am pretty sure you have a Lemon Law case here. I think 3 times for the same problem and no resolution makes you eligible to take advantage of the Lemon Law. All legal fees are paid by the dealer--it's free to you. Check out Lemon Law in NJ and I am sure it will also lead you to attorneys that specialize in this.
In a similar but different situation.
My brother in Ca. just got a new Infiniti G35 Sport, fully loaded, even up for an 04 FX35 he returned to the dealer. The dealer did not disclose (as required by Ca. law) the FX35 he bought last year was a Hertz rental car. They took back the FX and gave him the G35. This was all started because they gave him only 1 set of keys when he bought the car, with the promise to get him a second set later. All he got was a screwing and no second set of keys.. That is till he found the Hertz documents under the passenger seat of the FX.

Personally, I would pursue the Lemon Law and get a new vehicle. Other tact would be to try another dealer. I've had very good luck at Flemington Nissan. If they are not to inconvenient you may want to give them a call and speak to Steve Brown the service manager.
