When my Formula was running i would beat 600's left and right, also beat a kid with a "515whp 04 cobra" and i couldn't touch the liter bikes, not even on the highway above 120 where i just smack the 600's around.

 

Ex-mustang guy too. I had a 94 gt, head cam, yada yada, made 330rwhp, Nice street car, ran 12.3's on street tires and 11.8's on 9'' slick. I loved my stang, had several of them, but I have not regreted going to a z one bit. May not be as fast but the driving experience of the Z is top notch.

 

I'm not calling you a liar but even with a boosted Cobra, I have a hard time believing that it could pass a Gixxer 1000. Those bikes aren't to be taken lightly, them and the Hayabusas have been known to keep up with Murcielagos.

 

^^^ I think the 1000's should be able to take the Murcielago.

Well, welcome dude.........but litre bikes ain' happening. Bottle or no bottle on the car a litre bike ridden by even the laziest of people would simply disappear.

My ZX-10R says so.

stock z. 600s and 750s for breakfast

i put my intake and exhaust on. man oh man 1000s **** their pants..

then i went to the local shop and sait. "put some nos on that *****!!!" man i put a 50 shot dry what what. and ****ing zx14s busas has nothing on me.

then my alarm went off and i woke up

being a cop i understand where you guys are coming. from thier is no way of knowing unless you thier thier.It does not bother me that everyone thinks i'm lieing blieve me i have been acused of way worse than beating a bike hell if someone told me that they beat a bike i would think lier aswell. the point is i dont miss the cobra and i love my 350z

I don't think anybody is calling you a liar, or saying your real life encounters aren't true. But I think most people are coming to accept the conclusion that those GSX-R 1000s that you raced were either of the following :

a) The bike was severely broken or malfunctioning.

b) The driver wasn't even racing.

c) The driver couldn't drive the bike to save his life and sold it the next day.

d) All of the above.

Not trying to be rude, but those GSX-R 1000s you beat were probably a few cases of just freak chance. Either including one or more (if not all) of the criteria listed above. With that issue aside, I think your Mustang was surely a beast, and really happy you enjoy your 350Z.
