The amber left-most gauge is multi-purpose.

Check out the pixs:

The question remains...

Which oil pressure gauge is accurate in the production Z, the "oilp" or "oil" text? I hope it is "oil."

BTW, the amber on black or black on amber is supposed to be the day/night setting.

Todd, cool, where did you hear that, or is that a guess. For those who complain about the orange gauges, Nissan's intent was to make the interior experience much like the GTR's, where you only can focus on the road. The orange are definately less distracting than white or blue, thats why BMW gauges have been orange for years. BTW, that info computer is probably one of my faavorite features of the car, makes it more of a driving machine than a pretty face (a la Audi TT).

What are its readouts?

My dealer told me, and somewhere else, but I just cannot think where.

Supposedly, the left-most gauge has the tire pressure readout, miles per gallon, miles until out of gas, clock, trip stuff, stop watch (yes, stop watch), and some other vehicle-integrated stuff. It is supposed to be cool stuff. I'll bet I am missing other cool features of that display.
