and we all thank you. what's wrong with flashing his headlights as a warning?

It wasn't his fault, he was involved in an ACCIDENT.

I think he's saying insurance wont fix it because his car will probably be considered a total loss.

If the car ahead of him was "much slower," and the fact that you didn't slow down to let him pass, then it sounds like you guys were speeding excessively..

Well thats a pretty dumb assumption. Theres plenty of times I see people on the freeway hop into the slow lane to try and get by a group of cars but cant. I guess they where racing what like 4 cars at once? GG.

How about you whiney butts stop complaining? It was an accident pure and simple.

Yes, he could've slowed down to allow them room, but how do you know he didn't have traffic behind him that was always moving at a brisk pace? It was the HOV lane for crying out loud.

If you've ever been in one, you'll know that more often than none, if you're in that lane, your in that lane because of traffic. (key word=traffic)

He could've caused another accident from a sudden slow down to avoid the others. In this instance, I hope this was the case and if so, I think he made the right decision to flash lights and continue at a SLIGHTLY slower pace.

This is the reason for the upcoming law against slow drivers in the left lanes[mostly temporary visiting drivers]

It is prevalent on I95....many are elderly snowbirds..They hog the left lane next to the HOV driving 45...

I am up in years too ...and it bugs me..
