Hey thanks for all the replys. Ya I would have to agree about the curb rash. It sucks bad. But I didnt notice the anntenna? Now Im just wondering what else could be wrong. As far as flying out I told my dad about the car a few days ago and he even offered to fly me out for FREE! But it suck I cant get off work with a 3 days notice. All in all it should be a fun..

One thing you have to think about flying out there. From Wisconsin to Cali is a minute to drive, you would have to pay for food, hotels, gas, ect. I know you wouldnt pay as much, but it would still add up for a one way ticket and then all that. I say delivery is a good option. That is unless you have the time and want to do a cross country trip.

Well I would love to hit up Cali. I have never been there!! Watch I get the car and then ask off to visit there. But I am glad you agree with me for my delivery option. Im guessing its going to take about another 10 days to get though, which sucks pretty bad. They are over nighting the paperwork then im over nighting it back. Then they have to wait for the check to clear, then ship. I was going to put a decent down payment on it but then again I have to pay taxes in WI (way better than Cali taxes!!). So thats coming straight outa pocket. But when I get it pics will be up ASAP on this thread.

How long have you been looking for your Z? Did you carfax it?
It would be very tough for me to buy a car without a test drive.

I have been looking for a Z for 3 months min! All I wanted was a stick, leather seats, bose, in either blue, red, or black. So I figured it had to be a touring. I originally called this dealer said I was coming to buy the car and when I got there it sold 2 hours prior! I was pissed! But thats what happens when you wait on something like a Z. First come first serve. I looked at it before to and gave it a test drive the same day he got it.

Alright everything is said and done, but the shipper the dealer is using is being gay. I sent the check out last Wed. they said it has now cleared and there waiting for the shipper to come and pick it up. Still waiting...Its going from cali to wisconsin so they said it would take 4 days to drive the truck that far. I should have just flew down there and picked it up.

2005 Red 350Z Touring Model
(Yes its stick!)
ONLY 7,000 MILES!!
$24,995..

The only problem was it was in California and I live in freezing Wisconsin! Shipping costs $875, which is from the dealer. I had better quotes at other online shippers, but this way it could be added to my loan. I was seriously thinking about flying out and chilling by the beach in Cali before I drove it home, but then I realized I prob. wouldnt be able to get off work with such short notice.

But either way if you want pictures check out this website!

http://www.ocpabi.com/index.asp?View...RGE&CarID=2195

Let me know what everyone thinks. Im pulling my hair out on this one because I have never bought a car with out a test drive and personal inspection first. The dealer said that the car still had a huge amount of miles left for the warrantys. But that wasnt good enough for me. I told him that I would not buy the car without a warranty from him personally. He then agreed to give me a 28 day money back guarantee. I told him send it to me in writing and you pay for shipping on the way back if that happens. But all in all the only thing that bothers me a little bit is if you check out the left lower bumber on the car it appears to be a large scuff mark. Not a huge deal to me, I have some close friends that do body work all day. Or I'll just throw on a kit to take care of it.

But hope you all like the Z! Im dying to get it!! Let me know when anyone has a meet near Wisconsin....
Take it from me....lived in Wisconsin for 20+years and now out in Cali. Your best bet is to spend the money to ship it or drive out here to pick it up rather than buying a car from WI. Just my salty, rusty opinion.

I would tell the dealer to pay for delivery since you will be out 800ish to repair the front end.

Still waiting!! I seriously cant believe these people. But either way they said that they would fix the damage on the bumber. As far as the anntena goes they clain the photographer "unscrewed" it to take the pics. And he said he just checked it and it was on the car. Bunch of BS!
