I have heard from many people about the covers that go over the plates, and when a picture is taken the plate comes out blurry. Where could I find a cover like that, and do they really work?

I dont understand the point of them... I know in california they have redlight cameras, and maybe radar machines with a camera.

but they have them in texas too? Ive seen people in GA with them, but the only time I can figure we have cameras is to ensure you dont use the ezpass lane of the toll roads...
