Glad you are alive to talk about it. I was hit by an asshat drunk driving about 10 years ago. It pissed me off so bad that i faked an injury and his Insurance Company shelled out about 20 grand to me. Of course i had to do the electric stimulation sessions for four months. Drunk drivers need to spend a day in the morgue and learn a lesson.

Your accident and pictures remind me of what happened to my sister a year and a half ago. She was also hit head on by a drunk driver. She had her three daughters in the minivan too. The idiot that hit her had to be airlifted to a hospital in Fresno. My sister had to be taken up there by ambulance. Her injuries had to be first looked at and then stabilized at our local ER before she could go up. My three nieces were beat up. All three of them had cuts and bruises, but thank god no broken bones. My sister on the other hand had a severely broken pelvis. When the impact first occurred her left femur was pushed up and through her pelvis causing one large hole. Then it went the opposite direction causing another large hole. She was in the hospital for close to two months and then had to undergo rehab for another couple of months after that learning to walk again. She is much better now but she will never be the same again. Oh, and she is a nurse and is back at work helping to save lives again.
