Hey guys Im selling my car to someone from Canada and they need a recall clearnace letter for the car.

Does anyone know where or how I can get 1 of these?

Hmmm... based on that site, it's up to the importer to get the recall clearance letter, not the exporter (you, the seller).

"Recall clearance however is the responsibility of the importer. "

 

Dave, I dont think it really matters, i think what it means by importer is the person taking the car into the other country, and in this case it is the combined effort of me and the party buying the car. So ill do a little legwork to get the paperwork for the car, shouldnt be a problem anyhow.
