Nismo model 350z "important"
Hi,
Ive been thinking about this and as a nissan salesman; i want to write a letter to nissan north america presoident (wich i already met) to let the 350z owners drive the nismo version during some arranged track day to test the feel of customers. Since nissan is importing a nismo Z because they think nismo dont have enough "image, visibility" in north america; its a nice opportunity.
Id like to the members of this board signup if theyre interested in such an event to prove nissan the interest of loyal customers.

I'm down, and Nismo is thought of as a small company in the states when it is an awesomely large department of NISSAN. pr-ing would be awesome for the company. I would check your spelling though when you write your letter though lol. Hasn't the Nissan president been changed recently. they kicked goshn the hell out.

That would be cool, but I just don't see it happening. I've been to various driving evenst hosted by Lexus, BMW, GM, etc., and while it would be great for Nissan to have one featuring the Nismo Z, I just don't see them doing it with an MT car. If you've ever been to one of these events, you'll have noted that all the cars available to drive are AT.
Sounds good, but highly doubt it'll actually happen since the Nismo Z will probably sell pretty well due to its 1,500 unit production limit.
One thing that still curious to me, how the heck does the Nismo Z have same hp as stock when
it's equipped with Nismo Exhaust???
