Must have hit a nerve on that one.

Let me guess, you make $250,000 a year, have your own Korpurashun, or make mad 'vestments in the stock market?

It's not done yet, he's waiting to find a deal on a turbo motor from a later Z.

Nope. I just didn't waste money on Cd's, cell phones and fancy clothes in highschool, properly sold my first car (an escort zx2) for more than I bought it instead of trading it, drove a ****ty van for 6 months working construction, never bought a cell phone until I was 18, and put near 10k$ down on this car last spring.

I grew up on a farm so I never really cared much for expensive **** til my mom divorced and we moved out at 15. But even then I did it smart.

Now I work at a logistics center for a shoe manufacturer.

Why the hell not.
You can crash a Honda into a wall at 90 MPH.
You can crash a 350Z into a wall at 90 MPH. I see little difference.

I just find it funny reading these types of posts. I have no friggen idea who the OP is, yet he wants my input on whether I feel he is ready to buy a 350Z...

If I could go back at my college years...I would save every freakin red cent I came across and drive the most practical car that I could get away with. Like a Honda Civic,Accord, or Toyota Corrolla. Something you can beat the hell out of and not give a rats A$$ what happens to it.

Then when you graduate....if you graduate ??? Thats when to start looking for the Z !! Big pay-off for yourself.....unless or course you have filthy rich parents that will be funding the whole thing.

The difference is that honda's can't actually go 90mph....at least not without I/H/E +kpro and a Type R badge.

im not sure what it's like where you go to college, but around Boston, there's no such thing as an empty, well-lit parking lot.

i used to try parking far away from ppl in the lot only to come back from classes with cars an inch or two on either side. man, i hate driving to school, but it beats public transportation.

i would suggest getting the beater. it'll hurt less when you inevitably get those door dings from people who can't park.

Would I need more experience? I am turning 19 and I don't want to make the mistake of buying a sports car too early only to wreck it and get myself hurt in the process. Cant say I'm not looking forward to owning one though
Well you are in america -- 350z's are the cheapest cars around - so yes u should deffinately get one.

I'm not saying this should be your FIRST car, but it's definitely no prized yellow bird porsche.
lol that was a sik comment

The only bad thing is... it sells for $60,000 US here in australia - as opposed to your 30 k.. but i see where u r coming from.

Wow, so now we've moved on from the car, to something else to make yourself feel better.

Explains how riveting your lives are as well.

I'm sure hsquirellfcuk thought very highly of himself when he pressed enter on that one.

Actually, I'm in school for real estate and found out that getting paid 22.00 an hour to ship cases wasn't that bad.

But carry on, your lives are so much more entertaining anyways.

EDIT- Thanks casanova
