4.08 gears on a non-HR street car. Gear ratios like that are for race cars that make all their power at super high rpms.

uhmm i would have to say engine swaping from the vq to a freaking sr20 some idiot on youtube did that, haven't seen that one on the post yet haha

You're not talking about Topics II (aka Chris Forsberg)?

He blew his VQ long before there was a huge market for force induction back in 2003? He needed a track car ASAP with a lump that was heavily supported with an aftermarket so he shoved an SR in there and made the Z extremely light.

Nowadays, it wouldn't be an optimal choice since theres more reliable power options for the VQ.
