Big shout outs to some forum vendors.
Once again I have to give some thanks where thanks is due. Lately I have been in the market for a new exhaust and race pipes.
I got ahold of Jim over at CarbonLtd through a PM about a Injen SES Track edition exhaust and he told me to call his shop on Monday. I didnt have a chance before the phone rang and it was Jim. I was at the bank at the time and I didnt have my wallet with me. We talked about possible future upgrades for my car while I went home and got my wallet. He has helped me a lot over the past week and finally the end of the sale is here. Thanks Jim.
Aslo I have been working with IntensePower since I got the veichle in October 2006. Since then they have been nothing but helpful. This time the expierence was nothing short of that. I was going to puy a set of race pipes and Darren and Mike both talked with me about what my future goals were with the car. We descided not to go with true race pipes and to do a set of resonated test pipes. I gave them the go ahead to send me something that they thought would be a nice addition. They had origonally stated that TiTek had a nice set of them. So I said order them. I wake up this morning to a phone call about the fact that the Titek pipes are not resonated. I was very upset (not at them) in general. Even though it is now a two week wait I am very glad that Darren and Mike worked through this with me and now I have what I need and more Importantly what I will be happy with.
It is very rare that business in general act like this and especially business that base a majority of their sales over the internet. What a great forum we have here and a vast array of knowledge around it. Thanks everyone (not just Darren, Mike, and Jim).
