Not sure if this has been mentioned but I just saw Z review in EVO magazine. I was dissapointed they didnt have any new pics. They were all used from the nissan site.

2 things stuck out from the review...

1) They said Z felt faster than 5.5 0-60 sprint car.

2) They said Touring does not come with VDC. I thought 6 sp manual Touring has VDC??

Btw they also complained about shifter vibration at about 4500 rpm.

 

It does come with VDS as well as TCS. The Touring model by default does not, unless you upgrade to the 6spd manual, which you mentioned.

Basically put, the Touring model with manual 6spd has all features of Touring + Performance model, per spec sheets, brochures, and Nissan web pages.
