Default U.K. Spec 350Z GT

Just read in Japanese Performance magazine today aditional spec for the 450 U.K. GT cars due in October :-
Larger radiater
Larger fuel tank
Front lip spoiler
Rear spoiler
Rear splitter
Xenon headlamps with washers
Dont quite understand the need for the bigger radiator, have there been some cooling problems with U.S. cars?
It said in the article the need for a bigger fuel tank was that generally we did longer journeys in the U.K. sounds a load of bollocks to me, jeez it`s only a tiny island compared to the U.S.

What I really want to hear is that the suspension is sorted for our diabolical roads & the Bose is O.K.

On the plus side I have just had an invitation from Nissan to attend the Goodwood Festival of Speed in July at their expense. They have a corporate tent with free lunch etc plus cars on their stand..... cant wait.

Hi,

Apparently europeans on average travel further and more often! That's the reason for the rad and fuel tank.

As for aerodynamic aids and LSD as standard, this was also judged as necessary due to higher average speeds and more demanding roads!

Don't know about the suspension or the Hi-Fi, but it looks like the guys in the US have had better BOSE after the first run of cars (?). But apparently the "sat nav" flap is being redesigned (even tho we dont get sat nav!).

I'm off to Goodwood in July, hope to see you there! BTW check out 350zuk.com, as I'm doing a site for us UK peeps. Not that I want to take anything away from this website as it rocks!

Cheers,
Mark.
