Default PS'd Aero Kit

thought it would be cool to create something. For some reason the AV3's look really good on the Z to me.

Not ricey, but gaudy like those overdone Mustangs you see on the road.

One man's opinion...

Default Aero kit

Not a bad looking kit , but I prefer the stock Z. I was unhappy to learn(from another source other than this forum) the factory aero kit I am paying $499 for, does Not include the underbody diffusers standard on the Track model.

Had I known when I ordered they weren't included, I don't think I would have ordered the car with the spoilers only. Why weren't they included? I think someone from Nissan should explain this omission and if they will be available after my car is delivered and what would be the cost of adding them. If my info is incorrect, please inform me.

What do the underbody diffusers do? If you have just the aero kit without the diffusers if the car still zero lift?

What underbody diffusers? The $499 kit was supposed to be two things: 1) spoiler under front end of Z, and 2) rear spoiler on hatch. What else was thought to be there?

The track package come wit the two small spoilers, and 3 under body pans or difusers, that realy help reduce lift and drag.

Angry WHY!!

Why does every body enhancement need to be referred to as "Rice". "Rice" is when a car has an excessive amount of decals, stickers, emblems, and the car is slow. Also may include a HUGE wing, that actually hinders performance. Body kits alone, aggressive or mild, really don't push a car into that territory. A bodykit on a Z won't make it look like a Civic. It will be a bad *** Z, that Civic owners wished their ride could be. (wow..that rhymed). 2 years from now, when Zs are all over. Should they all look the same?

This is why. Without the diffusers, the spoilers will not eliminate all lift like the standard equipment on the Track model. Pretty damn expensive for looks without 100% function.

I went back to NissanDriven.com and re-read the aero kit option. It does not say it includes the underbody diffusers, my mistake, my apologies. I would still like to know if the diffusers will be available, I want them as an option.

I personally dont think it looks "rice" and he obviously knows his way around photoshop, but I think the problem with body kits is that they all look the same, all generic. The Z looks great as it is, very clean, and streched. Once you put side skirts on you completely loose that effect, you look at the body kit instead of the car as a whole. Same with wheels, you reach a point where all you notice is the wheels, not the car.

I know the "zero lift" idea is great. The car will only do 156 mph. How fast to do you people plan on going to make those options necessary? Dang.

One thing I've noticed on the lowered Nizmo modified body is the wheels are much larger and have been pushed out considerably creating a much better looking vehicle. The narrow wheel effect on the backend really looks bad.
