Nissan Dealerships

Have been a loyal customer of Cooper Nissan in Easton, PA. My Z was my third purchase in five years. Currently have a 2002 Xterra, 2005 Altima and the Z car. I have taken and will continue to take all of my vehicles to them for all service, oil changes, filters etc.... Like a previous poster said, you need to develop a relationship with your service and sales guys. (Take them a dozen donuts once in a while when you drop off your vehicle, you would be amazed at how your are taken care of.) I was told to do this years ago by a friend who worked in a Ford service department. Treat them as humans and work with them and you will be treated more than fairly. FYI, Cooper in Easton is a very small Nissan Dealership. No fancy waiting rooms, write up areas. This is an old fashioned garage with little turnover in staff. In my 25 years of buying and having new cars serviced by Mopar, Mercury,Chevy and Ford, the guys at Cooper Nissan are the best!!

Another quarter responded, but wouldn't give me a quote, preferring instead to blow smoke up my **** with how good they were, and why not come in and we could talk about it. The final quarter did as requested although one guy quoted me > sticker and most gave pretty pathetic prices not worthy of negotiating from. One guy who did seem to have a decent price, nevertheless made a pest of himself to the point I wouldn't ever do business with him, calling me 8-10 times when I didn't give him my phone number and requested contact via email. In the end I did not buy a car until six months later. One good dealer out of a dozen in my experience.
Now one dealer charges to diagnose a problem, even though they kept my car for 2 days and didn't find anything wrong. Another one wants me to call a week in advance for an oil change.

than you,
at which point they sent me crappy quotes

though a couple came back at 31.5 for the touring with the areo kit and some other stuff , which i guess aint bad
just 2 of em where I live in Albuquereque, so the ??? is who get let bone me?? Melloy NISSAN is the oldest most likely the better of the 2 though the paint shop somehow lost my drivers side headlight with a very minor crack less than half inch long, brought in one of the sons who tells me it is the policy of the body shop to toss out all parts that are not asked to be saved in advance. Silly me I was expecting to get the headlight $783.00 back when I picked up the car, aslo they painted the whole inner fenderwell black liner, guess too much trouble to remove the tire when replacing the damaged & replaced fender. Needless to say I was soo pissed that I refused to talk to the low lifes, finally had to take the car back so that they could fix their f$ck ups. Nissan dealers SUCK......nothing we all didnt know, lest we might have purchased our Z cars from private owners.
the one on backlick road in springfield? I was wondering where they went...
Parking isn't very good there and I don't know much about their sales staff, although I test-drove a Versa one day while the Z was in for an oil change. Sales guy seemed nice and understood that I was looking for a potential future purchase, if and when the Maxima needs to be sold.
Their web site isn't as good as Pallone's was, for whatever that's worth. Pallone always had an up-to-date inventory; Sheehy does not.

I agree Infiniti of Massapequa;had to be one the best experiences i have ever had in a car dealership. Now Star Nissan in Queens is a different story. The manager is exactly what someone had said "Robert DeNiro" wannabe he was a complete a$$hole trying to rape me on my trade in.

Three separate threads. No one had a good thing to say about them.

I just had my whole drivetrain changed at R Nissan in Edgewood MD. I would recommend it if your local dealer is an *** like mine. They are very friendly and they are not out to get you. If you guys have any questions with your warranty, especially with your transmission problem, pm wperdigon he is a member here too and he will take care of you.
Had my z in to have the headlight assemblies warrantied. ( had too fight with them before they warrantied the lights even as obvious as it was the lights had manufacturer defects.. To replace the ligts the front bumper cover had to be removed. I am sure other z owners are as **** as i in looking the car over before and after it goes in the shop. the service tech gouged my front bumper, when i brought it up they tell me it was a rock chip while driving. Are you kidding me? !@#$%^& Nissan. My warranty was expired only hours and they said they would not fix my tire feathering problem. Nissan servie is crap. It seems like once they have there money they could care less about your car or customer service. With 60,000 miles and out of warranty I take my Jaguar in and they treat me like a freaking king and never give me any ****, truly amazing service there. Bottom line, if your warranty is up, take ur car somewhere taht still understand the concept of customer service.
Arnold. When i went in there the salesman's name was stanley (but i'll get on him in a minute). Was lenny a skinny guy, balding with the rest of his hair in slicked back?
Ok so this stanley **** was a complete idiot. I went into star nissan inquiring about the 08' Altima Coupe's; off the bat he immediately asks me about a trade in so i said yeah. Then he wants me to follow him outside so he can look at my car. I went to the back of the dealer where my car was parked and parked in front (was it that simple no, no) then he takes the next 25 (me being pissed off) minutes to move the cars he has in the so-called "customer parking" in the front of the dealership. After that he told me to pull my car into the little space he had made in the tight garage.
After i pulled in, he got his lanky manager to come and look at the car. Then had to take my car and park around the block where it previously was. Finally after the b.s. when we get to talk about the price of the Altima Coupe he has the nerve to tell me a price thats $2000 OVER MSRP. I laughed in his face and told him only if you give $16G for my trade in. So after the waiting and the ignorance of stanley i finally became disgusted and left.
