My first nrs4 2 cost me, say, 450 or so with engine, car, and radio. It lasted a while and got me where i was going.

My current car, a trinity reflex NT has about 700 or 800 dollars into it, its fast as hell and has razor-sharp handling. Its not as easy to control because it requires CONSTANT steering input on high-bite, prepped tracks but once you get the hang of it it smokes pretty much everything (except for the guys with 1000+ dollars into their cars, and with the right driving skill). On low bite parking lots its just as easy to control as my first rs4.

Again some good deal sites are towerhobbies.com and speedtechrc.com, you may even want to try ebay (but DONT buy engines or radios off of ebay--you have no idea what the person did to them). If you want some more info, check out the forums at rcca.com.

Feel free to PM me if you guys are interested in getting into this hobby and want some more info, tips, etc.

RodH: are you referring to the Bit Char-g 350z, the Radioshack 350z ZipZap or the Trinity Reflex NT?
