I have a chance to get a 2002 z06 w/ 2k miles, should I trade my Z? It is in good shape, clean tittle, nothing is wrong w/ it. It is yellow as hell. Would you guys trade your Z for zo6?

If it was an even trade, I'd definitely say "DO IT!"
However, if you have to pay more for the Vette, then I would have to ask why you went with the Z in the first place?
For me, the Vette was a bit more than I was willing to spend, a bit too common (I know the Z will be common, but it isn't yet), and a bit too much for my first ever sports car.
Also, with the C6 on its way, as well as the GT-R and, hopefully, a new RX-7, I decided the Z was good for immediate satisfaction and then I could get a faster car in a few years when all these new, next generation cars, arrive (assuming I haven't spent all my money on race tires and track days).
So, I guess my recommendation would depend on how much more you had to shell out for the vette. If I could get a Z06 for 5K more than I could sell my Z for, then I'd do it. But for 10K more, then probably not.

I test drove about 3 vettes and 2 Z06's. I decided the American product was not up to par for a daily driver for me. I was driving a Mustang GT Convertible (My first American car) at the time and I tired of dealing with the cheap interior of it.
I ordered a 2K2 Maxima 6spd with HLSD. A week later the prices for the Z were released. This was a no brainer. I was back to my Nissan roots and could not wait. I confirmed with several vette owners that they are less than satisfied with the interior, even for a 40K car.

You could always next until the new C6 Vette comes out next spring and hold on to the Z for now...rumors are the base Vette will have 425HP and the Z06 when introduced a year later will have 500HP...

Just buy one of Lingenfelter's twin turbo set ups. Only 130K on top of the Vette. But damn, those things will anailate most things on the road. And they look and sound completely stock.
I keep asking if they'll do a 40 year lay away.

Budget
I don;t know what your budget is, but check the price of insurance before doing the switch. The Z is way cheaper to insure.
(at least it was when I called around for prices)

I was thinking of buying the 2003 coupe vette (not Z06) before I bought my Z. Vette is awesome except for cheap interior and it was costing me $10k more than the Z. So I bought the Z. Will wait for the C6, in couple of years C6 bugs should be fixed.
Insurance wise, it was same for C5 and Z.

While the Z06 is a freakin' monster, I'm not sure I would own one. It's pretty rare that you'll get to use all that power unless you live in Nevada or Montana. As my brother said (he own's a Z06) the Z seems way more refined and finished. If the price is right and you just have to have gobs of power and torque…the Z06 is your car...go for it.
BTW..new a Z06 costs about $20,000 more than my touring Z as configured. Worth it? Not in my eyes. For the cost of a Z06 I can buy a Z, a nice little 4x4, and another sportbike.
