That sucks man! I know how you feel. I had my body kit installed, it took the shop 6 mnths. so i was w/ out my new car for that long, then when i got it back a week later a was at a store, i was parked out way away from everyone. And i was parked normal ( i didnt pull the jack-*** 2-3 spot manuver) I came out of the store 10 min. later, walking toward my car and i saw a big hole through the front clip. I'm talking football size. And of course , no one saw a thing!"

I'll never understand why people buy these great big huge trucks and put hugh lift and tires on them, when they can't drive the damn things.

I just called and made an appointment with the body shop for next monday since their printer (who is a good friend of mine) is going on vacation later this week. So I guess it will be fixed just in time to put on the Tein Flex Coilovers that I am buying in a week or so.

+1, and what ticks me off even more is when they don't put any damn mud flaps on them and are driving on the highway at 70 MPH... one rock kick and your windshield is done.

It just angers me how these guys aren't fined for not having mudflaps.

i hit a mail box and had to have a fender re-sprayed. Including the body work it was $300 and that was a ghetto deal through a friend's uncle. So for $150 you should be buying someone dinner.

Well, I took my car to the paint and body shop today around 9:00am and at 4:00 I got a call from them saying you car was ready. So I show up at around 4:30pm and looked at the car and I have to say the paint job look perfect and it only cost me $150.00 fix.

Wow that's nice! I have 3 dents on the passenger side from the door to my rear fender. I had my car for over 3 years and had absolutely no dings until I started working fulltime. In less than 6 months I had deep door dings that chip up the paint.

I can't find a place in town that can spot work the damage. They want to repaint the entire thing.

A paint job in only 7 hours? It was polished right?

they probly just shot that small area and blended it. Most good blends are hard to see where they start and stop at.

The painter (Adam) said he had to sand and prime the the front finder, maybe he only had to do this to the damaged area. But when I got the estimate he said that they would have the take off the the fender so that they could match the paint. Also the painter is a good friend of mine, so maybe he put my car in front of everyone else, who know I'm just glad to have the car back.
