Will I went out to my car to get some papers that I needed to look over for work today and as I was closing the passenger door this is what I noticed:



It looks like some careless a$$hole hit my car with their door. Here is another picture of the damage:




Well I guess I am going to have to take it to the body shop tomorrow and have it repair, hopefully it won't cost me too much. Why are people so careless these days?

Why do you park next to cars?

A cars a car, it will always get damaged in some sort of way, no matter how careful you are.

I have had my Z for 6 months and I have 2 door dings on my rear fender.. I cannot explain how mad I was for the first 30 minutes of each ding. Ecpecially the first one I got in Atlantic city 3 weeks after I got it.

400 miles on the car and 1 door ding = f#$ckkkkkkk

 

Thanks chris, I think I know who did it. There was a guy with a big f250 parked next to me the other night.

I asked because the perfect straight line in photo #1 is unusual. This looks like a tire rub.

 

Not all the time, but I know someone that might know the driver.

Doesn't look like a normal door ding and kind of far forward for that. I'll go with a bit tire hit too.

It's astounding how people these days have no respect for others' property.
