rims most def man dont do exhaust by itself. you will get more satisfaction from having rims.

With Wheels u spend way more, especially with tires, but its worth it since u got the 03 but do it right the first time 2 piece or 3 piece forged......thats all im saying....

If I were you I'll get the wheels. Our stocks sounds pretty good as it is already. The best mod on the Z are wheels.

get wheels. no question it will make the biggest difference. but +1 on it will definitely cost more than an exhaust.

Exhaust adds performance, where wheels though they add more grip actually make your 1/4 mile times slower due to the added weight. My vote is anything that make the car go faster. Looks, come later down the road for me.
