Hopefully otherwise he's looking at some cheap rims.

I'd get rims if I were you. It can change the handling of the car and dramatically change the looks. So you get performance and looks. I don't have anything done to the outside of my car exccept the rims and I get compliments and looks all the time.

rims are a must for an 03. exhaust note stock is great but the rims and tires suck. go with wheels

LOL maybe he is getting some Motegi's. My car is bone stock outside (except wheels) but inside your looking at 20k+

Wheels might not be a bad idea, I've put 6k in performance and 0 in looks and I kinda wish I would of just bought some wheels first.

I'd say wheels. Which wheels do you have in mind?

Typical exhaust will run you $1,000-$1,200.
A good set of 19" wheels with tires will run you anywhere between $3,000-close to $4,000.

Get the exhaust now and start saving money for the rims & tires. Before you know it you'll need new tires showing off the exhaust!

Suspension first mother ****er!!!
Get coilovers. But if its between the two, get the rims. Your getting 19s so I'm sure pure performance is not what you are going for.
