i just got a letter from nissan saying that they wanna buy back my '05 so they can build up their used car inventory...has anyone else gotten such a notice? wats the deal? i doubt that i will sell to dealership tho...they will probably give me a crappy offer

You must have one of the 8 350z's that Nissan has been trying to buy back from the public that were sold on accident to the public. They look normal on the outside but were misplaced by Nissan at the plant and each contain the Nissan racing teams HPE (High Performance Engines) that were used by Nissans racing team. They have been trying to collect them back through tracing them through the dealers they were sold through. You my friend have one special car on your hands.

I started getting these offers regularly 1 month after I bought my car new. The tactic seems more common summer through fall.
