Default A/C and Full Throttle

Does anyone know if the Z would cut out the A/C automatically if you go full throttle? Like try to pass a semi on a 2 lane highway, with A/C on.

Is this just to give you full HP out of the engine or does going WOT with the A/C cause more wear on the engine somehow? Curious as to why new cars have this feature

Also does the A/C go off just while holding WOT or does it stay off until you reset it?

I am stuck at work or I would go find out

Actually, you conserve more gas by going WOT while coasting and not in gear...

I wonder if putting it in reverse while coasting forward would fill up the tank ?

if your going 45 and you put it in sixth rev up to 7k let r's come down then put it in 2nd bounce off rev limiter wot about 9 times and then turn off car for 10 minutes this will give you 35 extra ponies under the hood.
