Like I plan to release this info for MardiGra and his other buddies to go after them. It just has happened over the past 5 years.

If it was damaged in shipping that can't be all blamed on the seller and certainly wouldn't mean he's a scammer, unless you're saying this item has been passed around and he's not the original owner? Bsically saying you're assuming when he received it from someone it was damaged during shipping and instead of dealing with that seller, he decided to sell it to you?

I guess a few more details on why you believe he knew it was damaged would make people understand why you used the word "scammer" on him.

 

search for threads started by creaminz and you'll see where he did some research and found out that this valve body was compatible with his car. therefore if it was compatible and didn't work he knew it wouldn't work it mine which has the same tranny code

yeah, i dont know the details with your sale but he has been nothing but helpful to me, has always offered to help me install mods and let me use his garage/tools

 

+1 Seriously ... I hope you atleast tried to resolve this through PMs and emails. Although considering the threads and posts you've made in the past I doubt that you even tried to resolve this without making a public thread about it.

I've never made a thread calling anyone out before. And I tried to contact him via PM several times as well as tried to resolve it through paypal. The dude is just ignoring me. He ripped me off and thats all there is to it. You can say what you want to make yourselves feel better about seeing the guy face to face but the bottom line is he's probably not gonna be grimey with people he sees in person. It was just a selfish dick move on his part.

 

If you filed a claim through paypal they automatically will freeze the money in question and determine who is liable. What was the outcome of this?

the paypal dispute remains open for twenty days at the end of which i can escalate it to a claim but its obvious that the guy is ignoring me. He's been on the site today so I know he's seen my PM's. Why can't you guys just accept that the dude ripped me off?
